Sandweeshet Shawarma Jaj (Chicken Shawarma Sandwich) , wrapped in Shrak bread , which is very thin almost opaque kind of bread , baked on a convex metal sheet. Served with mayo garlic sauce, pickles, tomato and lemon slices.
Mashawi Mshakkaleh (mixed grilled plate) ; composed of meat (shokaf), chiken (tawook), and kabab, and the essential  grilled mixed vegetables (tomatos, onions, and chili) ... All grilled on coal using skewers .

Halloum Makli (pan fried halloumi cheese)
Yalanji :  and apetizer made of grape leaves stuffed with rice and special spices. Served cold. Can also be stuffed with rice mixed with minced meat, but it's called Warak Dawali (literally: Vine Leaves) and served hot.
Labaneh Bil Joz : Labaneh is thickened and slightly salted cow milk and is an essential component of breakfast and dinner diets. It's served alone or sometimes mixed with walnuts (as in picture), or garlic, dried mint leaves, and slightly soaked with virgin olive oil. Served with warm crispy bread and olives.
